Exchange and Returns Policy

Overview

Our returns and exchange policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

At The Zayra Studio, we want you to love everything you order. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

We do not offer returns or refunds. All eligible orders are eligible for exchange only, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 2 of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, washing, alteration or missing tags will not be accepted for exchange.
  • Exchange is subject to the availability of the requested size/product.
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or store credit, as applicable.
  • Sale, discounted or promotional products may be non-exchangeable. Please check the product description or offer terms before placing your order.
  • Accessories and other products specifically marked as non-exchangeable cannot be exchanged.
  • Once an exchange has been processed, the exchanged product cannot be exchanged again.

EXCHANGE FEE

  • An exchange fee of ₹99 per order is applicable and must be borne by the customer.
  • The ₹99 fee covers the shipping/pickup cost involved in processing the exchange.
  • The exchange fee is applicable irrespective of the original order value or payment method.
  • Any price difference for the replacement product will be payable by the customer.
  • If the replacement product is of lower value, the difference will be adjusted as store credit, as applicable.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Prepaid Orders

  • ₹999 and above: Free delivery
  • Below ₹999: ₹99delivery charges


COD Orders

  • ₹149 delivery charges on every COD order, regardless of order value.
  • Below ₹999: ₹149 delivery charges
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or converted from COD to prepaid or vice versa.
  • Please check your size and product details carefully before placing your order.
  • The Zayra Studio reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the product does not meet the eligibility conditions mentioned above.

Once your EXCHANGE is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned EXCHANGED item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your status.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a request will automatically be applied to your cart.
